¡MiniMiller is an intelligent CNC 3D compact milling machine designed with advanced precision instruments and whose intelligent techniques may be used with ceramic, titanium, and copper materials speedily and accurately. MiniMiller can also be used for detailed cutting work such as that of relief sculptures and seals .
¡Using a linear-guide with our latest design of AC servo-motors and accurate ball-screws , small size and high precision are made possible; this compact processor is well suited to small-lot production of precise parts, etc.
¡A device supplying water or oil for carving and collecting dust can be attached for hard-to-shape material processing such as that of copper, titanium, and other precious metals, as well as ceramics and electrode materials.
¡Support for high-detail cutting processes requiring speed and precision is the result of high-speed processing of large quantities of data.
¡High speed, high accuracy processing is implemented by an orginal NC transfer unit developed by our company.
¡MiniMiller can be equiped with a 3D digitizing system for form measurement built by RENISHAW.
¡A synchronously controlled fourth axis can be equiped with the standard X, Y, Z axes. 360 degree processing is possible with this rotational device, making possible the creation of finer and more complex bodies.
¡The standard worktable for MiniMiller is designed for T-type slot (220mm~140mm) specifications, however we also offer customizations upon request.

¡As the forth axis, the A-axis can be used linearly or rotationally in synchronous operation with the other three axes. In the case of rotational operation, two-dimensional data is automatically attached to the circumference of axis-A through the instructions of variable data. Special processing is not necessary.
